Unlikely: It would be highly unlikely that your wife would be able to feel the baby move this early. "Quickening" or first feeling movement usually occurs at about 20 weeks in the first pregnancy and can occur a few weeks earlier in subsequent pregnancies. Drinking cold beverages or eatting sweets does increase fetal movement in later pregnancy. She cold be feeling movement of her own GI tract in response.
