No pressing on neck: or chest: fractures usually take 3-4 weeks to heal and clivicle fractures are tricky; howver since the anatomoies are quite distant, find a position away from the upper neck and chest.

Listen to your body: If what you are doing is painful and uncomfortable, then I would advise not doing it. So, if sexual activity is painful then it may not be the right time. If you aren't uncomfortable, then there is no reason to avoid sex after a clavicle fracture.

No problem ...: Unless you required a complicated surgical repair, which is very rare, as long as you are careful about minimizing stress on the shoulder girdle, you should be able to have sex at any time.
