I have not had any recent medical procedures, but my front bottom teeth are itching at the base. are there any immediate relief options?

Unsure : I am not sure why you would be itching at the base of your bottom teeth. Have you started a new medication or did you try a new type of food? Perhaps you should see a dentist to get this evaluated or even your family doctor. However, in the meantime you might try taking something like Orajel which is a common medications used to numb the gums and teeth line for babies who are teething. This may provide some temporary relief until you figure out what is going on

OTC pain meds: OTC pain meds will give you some immediate relief. You may need a really good professional cleaning. When was your last one? If more than six months ago, you're due... make the call to a local dentist.
