What test?: If your menstrual cycles and periods are regular, and have not been trying to conceive for over a year, then you should not need to be doing any tests for ovulation or fertility. You can purchase computerized ovulation predictor kits, which will confirm when you are most likely to ovulate, based on your hormone levels - LH and Estradiol, but they can be pricey. You should be taking 0.4mg folate (folic acid)
