Probably Not: For starters, I'm not certain how two people have sex "incorrectly". I suspect, based on your description, that you have folliculitis secondary to shaving. I would allow everything to rest for a few days so that the pain will improve and observe the bump. If it seems to be getting worse or turns into an ulcer, or if pain with sex continues I would discuss with your doctor.
