Decision ..: Decreased libido has been noted with Accutane use though it's not the most common side effect. The question that you will be faced with, is are you willing to stop Accutane and deal with your acne with other treatments or just stay on Accutane and deal with this particular effect. You can always go back on Accutane if you stop temporarily. You have to figure out what's most important to you!
