No: I wouldn't recommend having intercourse 3 days after a surgical abortion due to the risk of getting a uterine infection. However, if you do, you are highly unlikely to get pregnant. It will be a few weeks before your body recovers and ovulation occurs. Don't depend on this, however. If you don't want to get pregnant, use a regular form of birth control or condoms. Best wishes!
