Dysmennorhea/Late: Painful and irregular periods are not uncommon. I recommend you get a Physical exam by the GYN Dr., There are some medications, even simple Birth control which may regulate your periods and some NSAIDS such as Anaprox (naproxen) which can help pains. Best wishes.
