Possibly: Many home tests claim 99% accuracy even after the first day of your period, but there is some data to argue otherwise. At four days late is likely to be quite accurate. And if you want further sensitivity and specificity of testing(if the first test is negative), repeat it at the one week late mark. Be aware, if it's positive, seek confirmatory testing at your physician's office(blood testing).
