See details: When you say "polycysts" do you mean you have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). PCOS can cause abnormal cycles. Regardless, if you are late, check a pregnancy test. If it is negative, see your GYN. If you have PCOS, you might consider using oral contraceptives.
