Yes, but: Sperm can be viable for up to six days after having sex. If ovulation occurs in the next six days after sex, then that could result in a pregnancy - having sex with more than one partner during the fertile stage of the cycle (six days before ovulation to 24 hours after ovulation) allows for the possibility that any one of the partners could be the father.
