Planning Pregnancy?: Based on your last period, you aren't expected to miss your period until around August 22nd. Therefore, you simply have to wait patiently until then. The embryo can't be "seen" with markers in the maternal body until it implants and develops a connection to mom's blood through the placenta. That takes 11 days after conception. Cramping may be ovulation pain, or STDs/infection. Get tested if unsure
