Not sure of question: Not sure of exact question. The clitoris contains erectile tissue just like the male penis, therefore it can change in size. It also contains very sensitive nerve endings making it more sensitive to irritation or injury. If the irritation continues I would have it looked at by a doctor/ ob/gyn
