Probably normal: A clear, odorless, non-irritating vaginal discharge can be completely normal. The blood tinge could be related to recent intercourse or timing of your cycle. I would not be concerned unless you develop pain, itching, burning, or malodorous discharge for which you should see your doctor.

Probably not: A clear discharge is normal. The blood is probably from intercourse last night. I wouldn't worry at this point. Watch and see if any other symptoms develop. Best wishes!
