7/25 approximately: Your period may be 10 days late already. However, female hormones fluctuate and very few women have precisely regular periods even on OC's. You had what sounds like intermenstrual bleeding or spotting which isn't uncommon. However, if you've had intercourse since LMP you could be pregnant or need thyroid hormone adjustment Take a home pregnancy test. If it's neg., contact your doctor.
