No: Trauma to the eye (directly) can cause glaucoma however. Also exercise can potentially lead to glaucomatous attacks in patients with underlying pigment dispersion syndrome.

No: Glaucoma refers to eye pressure related optic nerve damage, of which there are many types. Head banging may still cause optic nerve damage by the trauma and vision loss but not by glaucoma, unless it is direct eye trauma.
