Unlikely -: If you took a pregnancy test 4 days after your missed period it is unlikely that you are pregnant; however, depending on the sensitivity of the test there is still a chance. I would repeat the test in 1 week if you do not get your period. A visit to your gyn can give you an answer sooner and also evaluate for other causes of the amenorrhea (no period).
