Hi akash(m),age 22.after eating lunch(roti n sabzi)and dinner,my stomach gets bloating n start passing gas several times.please give me tips to cure?

Avoid gluten-trial: Avoid all grains with gluten. Make roti with buckwheat or millet.Avoid wheat,rye,corn rice 7 oats. Try this for one month & you will get the answer!

I agree with Dr. Jayaraj. Gluten intolerance can cause the same symptoms. If roti or naan or other wheat-based breads don't cause the same symptoms, then it is more likely the veggies. Which veggie? Trying one vegetable at a time can help you find the one you are having trouble with. If neither, it may be the spices or something else in the mixture. Trial and error is the only way to tell.
