Flank pain: If you are scheduled for surgery in two days your surgeon will want to know if you have a potential infection. If you had blood in your urine with pain it may be a UTI. If this is vaginal blood with pain it may be what you are having the surgery for. Either way your surgeon should be notified before surgery.
