See a doctor: There is a lot of overlap between motion sickness and migraine. Sometimes people get nausea and motion sickness in their early twenties as a premonitory symptom of migraine. Of course other problems can cause nausea and motion sickness (head injury, inner ear problems, anemia, medications, brain problems etc.) Best see a doctor to get this sorted out.
