Calm and Cool: Place an ice pack on your vulvar area. If you have some hydrocortisone, you can also apply over vulvar area. Otherwise, you can use a prescription medicine. If your lesion sod not improve see a doctor.

Might be: A foliculitis. Antibiotics may be necessary. Start with warm compresses.and topical antibiotic. Ointment see your doctor

Vaginal bumps: It seems like you might have folliculitis an infection of the hair follicles.Please seek medical attention as you need antibiotics. Wash the area with soap and water and topical bacitracin may help(avoid mucus membranes), but you still need to see a doctor to assess the severity. Do not shave for now . Hope this help

Have them seen...: When you shave an area, ingrown hairs are very common BUT it sounds like what you are experiencing is more significant then that. To get a diagnosis, you are going to need to be seen by a physician. It is possible that you have developed a secondary skin infection that needs an antibiotic - make an appointment today to avoid worsening (and to get you feeling better sooner!)
