Keep blister clean: Make sure that your blister does not get infected. I am not sure your hand heaviness is due to this.

See a dermatologist: There is a very big nerve "highway" under your arm. You may have an infection that presses on one of these nerves. Definitely go to your dermatologist to have the lesion evaluated and treated if need be.
