Nothing...: There is nothing that you can do to speed up this process of puberty. Not everyone has dark black facial hair and time will tell for you how thick your facial hair is and what color it is. Unless you choose to dye your facial hair, you can't change its color.

Be Patient: 17 yr old, has variable facial hair color. During male puberty facial hair growth is stimulated by testosterone hormone. The color, thickness, length can vary greatly for new hairs & genetics plays a major role. With maturity, these hairs will become more uniform in appearance so patience is needed. A face hair dye may help but can cause irritation, allergic reactions, may look unnatural.
