Withdrawal bleeding: A positive Postinor (progestin) withdrawal bleed shows your body had enough estrogen to form a lining in the uterus. The withdrawal of the progestin signaled your uterus to shed the lining; that is a good result. This was an artificially induced bleed, so your next period may not be exactly on schedule, and for some women, periods stop again. If you are over 1 week late, tell your doctor.
