Possible vaginitis: you may have vaginitis. follow up with doctor. your doctor can do a physical exam and some diagnostic studies to determine the cause of your white discharge, fishy smell, an burning. it may be bacterial vaginosis, but it could also be another form of vaginitis or a sexually transitted disease. you may require treatment so follow up with a physician who can see you in person.
