Swollen tongue cannot eat troubles swallowing?? it has been ten hours.

Swollen tongue: You may be having a slowly evolving allergic reaction such as urticaria, hives or angioedema. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help but this may progress to complete airway obstruction or aspiration of saliva. It may also be a pharyngeal mass or abscess that needs treatment. You need to be seen in the ER at once. Please don't delay.
