Exam: Get a breast exam, mammogram and breast ultrasound. Wear an athletic bra: no underwire- but certainly get examined.

Breast Cancer: Although atypical for breast pain, chornic pain that lingers can be a sign of cancer. See your doctor to get a clinical breast exam and mamogram. An MRI or ultrasound woul dbe warrented if the symptoms persist even in the presence of a normal mamogram.
