It is normal: For your baseline heart rate to gradually increase during pregnancy. Your exercise and activity tolerance will decrease so that, toward the end of pregnancy, simple activities will seem to take more effort. You should still bring this symptom up with your doctor to verify that it is not sign of something else. If there are other symptoms like dizziness or headaches, see your doc right away.
