Lymph node : It's probably a lymph node. This is a very common location, and it doesn't mean something is wrong. If you're worried about it, see a primary care provider for an exam to make sure. Hope this helps!

Lump: maybe just the mastoid bone but could also be a lymph node or cyst. I would check it out with an ENT soon as possible. With the pain it may be infected
