Allergy test: You can request an IgE lab test with your doctor for salmon specifically, or a panel of different (commonly eaten) fish IgE tests that includes salmon.

IgE testing: You can ask your doctor to order an IgE blood test for salmon. This may give you some information on how your immune system may react to salmon. I would recommend you also meet with an allergist.
