See your doctor: Without seeing what you're referring to, it's very difficult to speculate what could be going on. You should see your doctor for a complete exam and medical advice. There are many many different types of skin lesions, from benign to serious, and it is unusual to have "warts all over". Your physician may even refer you to a dermatologist.
