Vaginal discharge: Hi. Your symptoms may be secondary to another infection possibly including a candidal (yeast) infection that commonly occurs in women after a course of antibiotics. Your primary care provider should be able to help you determine if another type of infection is occurring.

Something else?: If your chronic UTI, has been cleared up, but continued to have thick foul vaginal discharge. I would be concerned, that you may have developed a yeast infection. Additionally, would be concerned that you would have a sexually transmitted disease, if you're sexually active. You need to Make an appointment with your doctor for a pelvic exam to determine the source of Your vaginal discharge

Treat it: If you have a UTI , this is usually treated with a antibiotic. This will make you more prone to have a vaginal infection. Especially in your age group. Chronic UTI at your age is quite uncommon. . Two things I would suggest . See your gyn for vaginal exam and second if you are sexually active make sure your partner does not have any infection.
