Same as women...: Cellulite is nothing more than normal fat beneath the skin. The fat appears bumpy because it pushes against connective tissue, causing the skin above it to pucker. The amount of cellulite visible can be affected by: Poor diet, Fad dieting, Slow metabolism, Lack of physical activity, Hormone changes, Dehydration, Total body fat and the thickness and color of your skin

Fat: Both men and women can get cellulite. in men it is usually on the abdomen but can be anywhere. its caused by a back up of fat underneath the skin pusling the skin up, but fibrous tissue holds the skin back at the same time And therefore the dimples

Unusual: As you probably know cellulite is abnormal fat which has fibrous tissue around it which in turn causes dimpling of the skin. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who treats this.
