Topical steroids: Is more common in uncircumcised men. Topical betamethazone 0.5% applied twice a day to the affected areas works well. This will improve the elasticity to the foreskin. Sometimes it is a local fungal infection and topical Mycolog II would be affective as it also has Nystatin and a steroid Triamcinalone also for twice a day application. See your family care doc.
