Do you want a baby?: If you are actively trying to conceive and have not gotten pregnant in 3 years I would recommend that you discuss this with your gynecologist. They can educate you, help with the process, and start infertility work up. If you are NOT actively trying to get pregnant, then you have been lucky - likely just haven't had sex at the ideal time for conception. I'd advise discussing BC with your doc now.

Many reasons: There are many reasons for not conceiving. There are hormonal reasons, physical and structural reasons, timing reasons, and stress reasons. The best idea is to go to a specialists who can perform blood tests, physical exam, lab/ultrasound tests, and provide some education and help on becoming pregnant
