Pregnancy?: No way to know for sure if you are pregnant based on those symptoms alone. If you miss your next period, then you ought to have a pregnancy test to determine your status. If you have a normal period, then you are not pregnant. Best wishes.

Menstrual cramping: Mild cramping & discharge prior to menstruation is not uncommon, if persists then recommend evaluation & consultation with Gynecologist
