Non-Bac Prostatitis: Hi, non-bac Prostatitis is very time-consuming and difficult disease to treat. You need to be followed by a urologist closely. I'm sure an evaluation of expressed prostate secretions have been done and you have given Antibiotics and also Alfa-blocker (like Trazosine) and you have been told to Ejaculate every couple of days. Please follow through with the Urologist recommendation.
