See a doctor.: This may not be related to your head trauma. It could be related to your drinking...however, you should be seen by your doctor or go to the emergency room. You need to be examined to make sure there is no bleeding in your brain or other consequence from your head trauma.

May need to avoid: You may need to avoid alcohol for a while. Some people can't tolerate even a small amount of alcohol after a concussion. Also alcohol causes some degree of vasodilation in the face and scalp vessels. leading to pain.
