Diarrhea: First of all a 15 month old should be off formula, and transitioned to whole milk. Until 2 years of age, they need whole milk (fat for brain growth). Try 24 hours of bowel rest, pedialyte only then three to five days of lactose free milk, bananas, rice, fresh apples toast and vanilla or lemon yogurt. Once the diarrhea has resolved, give 16-24 ounces maximum of whole milk a day. Avoid juice
