What is a healthy weight for a girl that is 5"7'?

Varies...: There is a range of weight that would be considered "normal" weight for this height. Based on the BMI chart a weight between roughly 125 lbs and 158 lbs would be considered normal. This does not take into account bone structure or muscle mass.
