Unlikely pregnancy: If you are thin, it is quite possible that the pulse you see is from your abdominal aorta, and it is very common to see in thin people. Considering your age, this is most likely the cause. If you develop other symptoms, however, such as pain, nausea, etc., or if this continues to concern you, then see your doctor to have it evaluated, as there could be other (rare in your age) causes. Your pulse: Most likely the pulsation of your aorta is pushing on your uterus and you can see the movement. Nothing to worry about.
