If no better in 24 hours I would seek out an urgent care center of a primary care physician.There a fluoroscein test can confirm this diagnosis or perhaps lead you to a different diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Bottom line: if not resolving spontaneously within 24 hours of onset best to get a professional to evaluate in person
