Maybe: When you do home preg test use first morning urine. If neg repeat in 7-10 days. If both neg highly unlikely you are preg. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R

Late period: The home pregnancy tests are not sensitive enough to pick up an ectopic or tubal pregnancy at early stages. If you have had unprotected intercourse then you may be pregnant. Get a blood HCG test to be sure so you can address what it may be if you are not pregnant. Do you have endometriosis or fibroids? has this happened to you before? Best to see your doctor soon.
