Insufficient info: I suggest you resubmit this question with the following: (1) a better description of your "stomach discomfort", (2)when your last normal menstrual period was and (3) details about your last Gyn exam. I'm almost certain you will need medical follow up but, with this additional info, we can give you more specific advice.
