Bartholin Gland: From the description I believe one of the Bartholin's Glands in your Left labia its duct has gotten clogged. You need to be seen by a Gynecologist for the time you can get warm zits bath you can add a couple of tablespoons epson salts, and take an anti-inflammatory sugh as Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin
