Probably not: If you cut yourself (for example during shaving), the salt in your sweat will make the cut burn for awhile. That doesn't sound like an STD to me. However, if you develop a burning ulcer in this area, it could be an STD. If your not sure, see your gyn. Its best to know, and get treatment. Best Wishes!
