Headache on nuvaring: There is a 1-2 month period of adjustment but you may be sensitive to the hormone doses in your Nuvaring and may need to have dose adjustment or change in your contraceptive method. Please consult your PCP or Gyn.

Not normal: Sounds like you're not tolerating the Nuvaring very well. I would make an appointment with your GYN to discuss other options.
