Pinworms?: The symptoms you describe may be consistent with pinworms. The tend to cause itching around the anus particularly at night. They are easy to treat with an over the counter medication . Your doctor can confirm the diagnosis by doing a physical exam. There are other causes of anal itching so I do advise that you see your doctor before taking any medications.
