Hi i have been recently diagnosed with prominent bilateral maxillary antral mucous retention cysts. should i be worried, could they be cancerous?

Probably not: Only YOUR doctor can tell you if YOU have cancer there. However, bilateral antral mucosal cysts in a person your age are almost never malignant.
