Several Options: Right-sided low back pain is commonly the result of kidney stones or infection, or musculoskeletal strain. In women there are gynecological considerations as well. It would be most helpful to check a urine sample to ensure no evidence of stone, pregnancy or infection and make a plan based on those findings. I would suggest increasing your water intake in the meantime.

Back pain: Some causes are low back strain, arthritis, osteoporosis, disc problems, spinal growths, etc. Kidney causes are less likely. See an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation and treatment which could include physical therapy and/or antiinflammatory medications or muscle relaxants.
